What is your return policy?
Returns & RefundsUnfortunately In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers,
earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy.
This exclusion arises from a Health and Safety consideration and to prevent the spread of infections.
This exclusion is in the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers.
I am happy to accept returns for unworn jewellery excluding earrings.
I cannot accept refund for personalised items.
For all other returns, excluding jewellery, I have a 28-day return policy, meaning you have 28 days to return your item after receiving it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, in its original packaging.
Buyer must pay for item return and be sent with tracked or signed for postage, A proof of postage must be obstained and photo of this sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. if items are not returned in the same condition the items was sent out, the refund cannot be issued.once the refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.Please remember, it can take up to 5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and reimburse your account also.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has any defects, or if you item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item..If an item is damaged please contact me with a photo detailing the damage.
Should your item arrives with you damaged, please contact us with photos of the damaged item within 7 days of reciept of your item being delivered and all the packaging it came in.This is so can file a complaint to the post office which will pay for the damages caused, leading to you receiving your money back as well as myself.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 24 days UK and 50 days international let us know and we can sort this for you. We will not consider the items lost until this time scale has passed.We need to be contacted within 2 months of the postage date so we can file a claim to the ‘Lost Mail and Fraud’ department for investigation. Item cost will be refunded. Items are always wrapped but sometimes these things happen during postage.I am happy to send out replacement items, depending on stock levels and if not a alternitive will be sourced.

Not at the moment, but we are working on it !
What are your delivery charges?
Currently we offer free uk delivery over £7.50.
Orders Between £5-£7.50 we charge 99p
Orders below £5 delivery charges are £2.95
We Also offer International shipping but buyer is responsible for any custom charges or income tax.

What metals do you use?
please always ask before you order if you are unsure of metal type if you have any allergies to copper, nickel and or lead.
Older stock i used sliver plated and this may contain copper, nickel and /lead. i do try my best to offer copper and nickel free metal but can not be 100% sure this is why all new earring stock is only made with stainless steel stud posts, stainless steel is hypoallergic and doesnt tarnish as easiliy.
all necklaces are silver plated, i have chosen copper, nickel and lead free this may not be suitable for nickel and copper allergies. please contact me for alternitave chains and i can see if i can help
Do you like Cats or Dogs?
Such a good question but I would have to say cats but i do love giving a dog a good head scratch LOL
